Project

We created three games for Max & Ruby for iOS and Android that each offer a different kind of fun—whether it’s gardening, imaginative pretend play, or enjoying the fast-paced thrills of the Carnival. The games are designed to be easy to pick up, filled with familiar characters, and packed with interactive, rewarding moments that keep kids entertained and engaged with the brand.

Grandma’s Garden

I set out to create a fun, playful experience where kids join Max and Ruby in helping their Grandma plant, grow, and harvest her garden. Players plant seeds, water crops, and shine beams of sunlight, then watch their garden grow with juicy fruits and veggies. Watch out though, you have to flick away pests that crawl out of the bushes and slow down growing! Kids are encouraged to experiment with different crops because their favourite characters from the show will stop by for a snack.

Toy Chest

Toy Chest aims to spark kids' imaginations with a fun-filled toy chest of games. Build crazy block towers then choose a funny way to knock it down, find toys hiding around the living room and dress them up in silly hats, and help a wind-up frog chase flies for a surprise. With colorful art to create and save, and unlimited gameplay, it's all about easy, creative fun that young players can jump right into!

Carnival Fair

A fast-paced, fun-filled carnival adventure where kids play carnival games with their friends Max & Ruby. Knockdown aliens and cars, play whack-a-mole, and put your memory to the test with a card matching game. Each mini games comes in fun themes like Space, Racetrack, and Farm. With unlimited gameplay and loads of prizes to unlock, the goal was to bring the fun, arcade like, bite sized games that young players can play anytime! After each game players earn tickets to unlocking their stuffy toy collection.
