Let’s Go Luna is a suite of seven games and a website created for PBS Kids to launch along side the TV series created by Joe Murray (Rocko’s Modern Life and Camp Lazlo). The show is geared towards kids aged 4 to 7 and follows three friends exploring the world with their parents' performance troupe the Circo Fabuloso.
The goal was to have each game highlight unique aspects of the series touching on food, music, art, architecture, and culture of every location visited by the Circo and bring that into the players’ game experience in a fun and organic way.
Chef Leo’s Creative Kitchen
Little chefs, get ready to stir up some fun in the kitchen with Leo! Inspired by Let’s Go Luna episodes, you'll be whipping up delicious dishes from Leo’s dad, Wolfgang, and even inventing your own wacky recipes. Join Leo and Hockbar as they cook up the craziest meals you can imagine. Let your imagination run free and see what tasty, funny, or downright silly recipes you can serve up!
Andy’s Art Studio
In this game, players join Andy in his personal art studio for creative fun! You can paint colorful masks, craft cozy quilts, colour beautiful nesting dolls, and even make your own poster with hieroglyphs! There’s no limit to the artistic fun. Get ready to dive into art projects inspired by cultures from all over the world.
Luna’s World Packages
What’s more exciting for a kid than getting a package in the mail? Not much! So, during the pandemic, we set out to create a fun and safe space where kids could imagine getting care packages from their favorite Let’s Go Luna characters as they journey around the globe. Each package is packed with foods, music, toys, and puzzles that offer fun, bite-sized glimpses into different cultures from all over the world.
Luna’s SEek & Find
Each episode of Let’s Go Luna! takes place in a different city across the globe, and this game celebrates the stunning landscapes and settings brought to life by the show’s talented artists. In Luna’s Seek & Find, players journey to 7 different locations around the world, where a character from the show is missing important items. It’s up to the player to explore these beautifully crafted scenes, searching for the lost items and returning them to the character. Players can replay levels multiple times because items are hidden in different locations each time you play.
Luna’s Postcards Around the World
Postcards Around the World is a game that builds on the excitement of receiving cards from friends traveling abroad. In this game, players receive postcards from their buddies Andy, Leo, and Carmen, but there’s a twist—the postcards are missing parts! To complete them, players need to complete a memory matching game, uncovering pairs of cards that reveal objects or characters on the card. As players fill in the missing landmarks, each item revealed comes with a quick, fun fact about the location, adding an educational touch to the adventure.
Fabuloso’s Fantastic Flight
Take a break from the Circo Fabuloso and hop on Fabuloso's famous hot air balloon traveling through cities in style! Each of your favourite Let’s Go Luna characters has their own hot air balloon to unlock while exploring different countries and dodging obstacles. Along the way, players learn interesting facts about each country they visit, such as famous landmarks, culture, and history. The game is designed to be both educational and entertaining, making it perfect for children of all ages.
